R.I.P Shingo Araki

I am sad to announce that another great animator and anime director has passed away. Shingo Araki, famous for such anime as Saint Seiya, Cutie Honey, Galaxy Express 999, and Captain Harlock among many others, has died on December 1, 2011 at the age of 72. He was also the animation director for many American cartoon shows such as Inspector Gadget, Heathcliff & the Catillac Cats, The Mighty Orbots and the animated G.I. Joe movie. Thank you for such memorable anime shows and may you rest in peace.
